Five of us visited the Poppleton restaurant for a fathers day meal, the food was excellent, I would highly recommend the Chicken Tikka Jalfrezi it's excellent. We did not go for starters just poppadoms and pickles but there was plenty to choose from. The place was fairly busy even though it was a Monday night. We had a great time, go see for yourself. Went along with four friends tonight and had a fab time.Slight wait between courses but they were packed out.Friendly staff who were attentive and the food was gorgeous...nice and hot and well cooked...yummy.Would deffo recommend/go again. Zillah 5/2/2011 9/10

This is by far the best Indian Restaurant in York. The staff are very courteous and well mannered and the food is always fantastic. The restaurant itself is clean and modern, with it's own car park. I cannot recommend this restaurant enough Mr Farrar regularly 10/10
